This International Consultant is currently seeking a Program Manager for a seaport project in Kuwait.

As the Program Manager you should have an extensive experience in program management of large civil engineering development projects. You shall initiate, plan, control and execute, perform assessments and make recommendations. Ideally you should have more than 15 years experience in Program Management in similar maritime projects.

You will be responsible for leading a permanent team of 7 persons and ensuring the implementation of the Program.
The total duration of the assignment is expected to be 18 – 24 months.
